Day Rates for entire Venue (House & Hall) – 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Friday $4,000

Tuesday $2,500

Any 2 consecutive days $6,000 (Up to 12 People may stay in home overnight)

Any 3 consecutive days $7,500 (Up to 12 People may stay in home overnight)

***Must provide proof of event insurance at least 72 hours prior to event***

Includes:

  • Available indoor seating for up to 150 Guests.  We may accommodate over 200 guests for indoor/outdoor events. Tent rental and additional tables and chairs available for an additional fee.
  • 20 Handcrafted wooden tables&Chairs for up to 162 people
  • Access to Home – separate suites for Bride and Groom
  • Access to Kitchen including 2 gas stoves, refrigerator, 4 sinks, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, and kitchen utensils
  • Access to Game Room with pool table, foosball table, poker table, and TV
  • 24-foot Buffet Table
  • Sound system
  • Table clothes
  • Towels and Linens for overnight guests (2 towels and 1 wash rag per person)
  • Cleaning Fee & Trash Service

Policies

  • You are free to book your own photographers, catering, and other vendors!  This is YOUR special day, and we’re not going to try to tell you who you must hire.
  • Must visit at least 1 week before wedding for table set up design.
  • All vendors of your choice need to be approved by  the venue.
  • Alcohol must be served by a licensed bartender
  • You must have liability insurance for your party.All trash, including cigarette butts, must be bagged, tied, and left in the back of banquet hall.
  • Only LED candles are allowed.
  • Fire pit fires must be extinguished & you must supply your own firewood.
  • No smoking in the house
  • No swimming or children near the pool
  • No rice, confetti, or fireworks – only birdseed
